Benchmark of TIA Solution

TIA Solution has successfuly passed benchmarking tests in its main functional areas. The conclusions of benchmarking are proving that TIA continuously strengthens its solution not only functionally, but also in relation to performance and scalability.

TIA Batch performs better than expected and superior to what has been seen previously with an improvement of 157% in the number of processed policies.

TIA User Interface (UI) performs as expected which is better or the same as seen previously. In fact, an improvement of 78% has been seen as compared to previous tests.

TIA Services perform better than expected compared to the same operations handled in the TIA UI test. TIA services are able to handle almost 3 times the same load with lesser CPU consumption.

Test Execution
Benchmarking tests have been performed at the European Performance Test Center. The environment used in testing has been installed with full operational capacities, and close-to-real test data and products.

The solution under test was based on 2000 users, included 20 mil. historical policies and 10 mil. policies from the current year. The size of claims portfolio was set to 1 mil. for the current year and historically contained 2 mil. records.

The test was based on 20 different scenarios where the execution time was tracked and compared to the previous benchmarking tests performed on older TIA Solution versions.
