In 2001, a group of TIA users established a voluntary forum for networking and sharing experience from using the TIA Solution.
The initial idea was to create an entity, which could coordinate users’ wishes and future requirements, and very soon the TIA User Group evolved into a business development forum embracing all TIA’s customers worldwide.
Today, the local TIA User Groups are represented by a Customer Advisory Board that plays an active part in charting the future direction of the TIA Solution. This collaboration continues to drive the TIA Solution to be the leading standard insurance solution on the market.
